I (Parent/Guardian where entrant is under 18) hereby grant, transfer and assign to the Evangelical Mennonite Mission Conference of Canada (EMMC) rights and interest for use of the describe above and submitted entry in print and digital media. I acknowledge that this includes the right to use, publish, re-publish and otherwise use and display the artwork. It does not include the right to transfer these rights for third party publication. I also agree to receive invitation to create media for EMMC projects.

Please Note: If entrant is under 18, I, the Parent or Guardian of the entrant acknowledge and release the EMMC from any and all claims arising from the use of the entrants name or art entry.
