BERGFELD MENNONITE CHURCH (EMMC), located near Altona, Manitoba, is seeking a FULL-TIME YOUTH PASTOR to disciple and mentor approximately 30 youth in their faith. This position involves planning and leading weekly youth meetings, organizing retreats and mission trips, and fostering relationships with youth both within and outside the church. The youth pastor will also equip and oversee a team of youth sponsors, encourage youth involvement in church life, and participate in church leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong personal faith in Jesus Christ, align with the mission of Bergfeld Mennonite Church, and demonstrate leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Aylmer EMMC, located in Southern Ontario is prayerfully seeking a FULL-TIME LOW GERMAN SERVICE PASTOR. The desired candidate is sound in theology, a gifted leader, relates to young and old and has a passion for reaching the Low German-speaking people. He must also be fluent in Low German and enjoy in-home visits with congregants needing pastoral care. The Low German service pastor will work together with a lead pastor, an associate pastor, an administrative staff and a team of elders. Mennonite Community Services in Aylmer, Ontario is seeking a Radio Coordinator and Host who will provide coordination and guidance to daily operations of the radio. They would ensure that quality broadcasting occurs each day, ensure technical and radio equipment is functioning properly and prepare and file annual reports to the CRTC, Stats Canada and SOCAN. The ideal person would have strong technical skills, management skills and a background working within a radio station for at least 3-5 years. We would prefer someone that can speak the Plautdietsch (Low German) language and has a good understanding of Mennonite people and culture.
