Henry joined the EMMC staff as Executive Director on September 1, 2024. He comes with over two decades of ministry experience. He and his wife Tina were the pastor couple in Shipyard Belize. Henry was instrumental in establishing and managing the De Stemm Radio station in Shipyard, which is an outreach to the Low German-speaking people in that region. More recently, Henry was the pastor at Mennonite Gospel Church in Vauxhall Alberta.

Henry is a graduate of Steinbach Bible College with a BA in Bible Theology. He enjoys hiking, camping, yard work and connecting with others with a game of golf.

Kelly’s calling is to help cultivate the heart and mission of healthy churches and to serve our churches to that end. Kelly is a gifted preacher and teacher, an active gracious listener and effective counselor. He enjoys time with his wife Karen and their two children.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

In addition to being the editor for The Recorder and related tasks, Lil also oversees the archiving and record-keeping for EMMC. She enjoys traveling and being creative in the kitchen. 

Darrell is the multi-lingual, multi-talented man behind SCOPE Leadership Development. He loves facilitating powerful discussion, and connecting with clients from all over the world. When he’s not planning workshops and globe-trotting, Darrell loves fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family.

Joyce brings a variety of administrative and assistance experience to the EMMC team and helps carry the ministry in Home Office. She also oversees the EQUIP resources and has recently moved into the bookkeeping role.

Anika joined the EMMC team in May 2024. Anika has many skills that will contribute to our needs in administration. She has a heart for ministry, and we enjoy her joyful attitude in the office. Welcome to the team Anika!

Working remotely from her home in western Wisconsin, Meagan's graphic design skills are put to use in The Recorder, our website, and various other visual projects.
