Gathering Planning Committee Thank you!

Every event, whether large or small, requires some level of planning. When the event is international, the planning process presents unique challenges.

In November 2024, the Spanish Lookout EMMC accepted the request to host Gathering 2025. With a very short timeline to coordinate facilities, accommodations, food, and children's activities, they worked diligently to bring all the pieces together.

Led by Melissa Dueck, the team did a fantastic job managing the many details to make Gathering 2025 an unforgettable event. Many attendees praised the wonderful and kind hospitality extended to everyone.

On Monday morning, March 24 the Planning Team and EMMC Home Office staff gathered at Midway Diner for breakfast and shared their combined experiences. The common sentiment was, “I’m tired, but it was great!”

Thank you, Planning Team, for sharing your gifts and abilities with the larger EMMC community, providing us with a memorable weekend in Spanish Lookout.
